MFD 2012 Schedule of Events

Schedule of Events for the 2012 MFD Weekend
 5/18-5/20

Schedule of Events:

Check-in Thursday or Friday starting at noon, at respective Inn or Lodge, receive Welcome Bags:

  • Pre-registered participants, bag will include - T-Shirt(s), patch(s), wrist band(s) for Sat. dinner, waivers for Yahtzee run.
  • Non-registered participants, bag will include - patch(s), registration form(s), waivers for Yahtzee run.
  • Each Inn or Lodge will have a menu board in the lobby with dinner options of MFD supporting restaurants for Friday evening.

Friday Evening - Welcome Reception hosted by “The Hermitage Inn” starting at 6:00 pm.

  • Tables will be setup for all day registration and waiver forms to be turned in from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
  • Yahtzee tickets will be issued to participants, once all forms have been received.
  • No check-in for Yahtzee run on Saturday will be necessary for those submitting their forms at the reception.
  • Raffles and 50/50.

Saturday – breakfast at your Inn or Lodge

  • Gate City HOG will host a 130 mile Yahtzee Run through scenic Vermont and New Hampshire.  For those who have not pre-registered - day registrations will start at 8:00 am and closes at 10:30 am at “Mt. Snow”.
  • First Road Captain lead Yahtzee run will leave “Mt. Snow” at 8:30 am, with Road Captain lead rides leaving approximately every 20 minutes up till 10:30 am.
  • Where May is Women’s Riding Month - we will participate again this year by having Women’s rides.  There will be two Women’s rides again this year.  Signup will be at the reception Friday evening.   Of course, gentlemen are welcome to join in on these rides too.
  • Saturday night dinner, awards, and raffles and second 50/50 will be at the “Mt. Snow Conference Center Ballroom” cocktail hour starts at 5:00 pm, with dinner at 6:00 pm sharp followed by awards and raffles. (Don’t forget your wristbands)

Entertainment for both Friday and Saturday evening will be provided by  "The Classmates Band" www.classmatesband.com

Transportation for all evening events will be provided from all locations, by MFD shuttle buses.

Sunday - breakfast and a nice ride home or scenic ride of your choice.
